Emergency Relief in the Huon Valley

As services and community groups adjust to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some changes to the way in which support is provided to our community.

If you need urgent assistance, call the Tasmanian Public Health Hotline 1800 671 738

Generally all community groups and services, whilst limiting physical contact, can still be contacted by phone and can help you get the support you need.

The State Government has funded a number of community organisations to provide additional support to the community.

The Tasmanian Public Health Hotline has been set up as the main point of contact for the Tasmanian Community on the coronavirus pandemic.

All referring agencies, members of the public and frontline workers who seek Emergency Support can ring the Public Hotline on 1800 671 738.
